Before you start the trial

Will I be charged for joining the waitlist? +

No — joining just takes your email. No card, no account, no charge. We'll email you when Proply is open, and nothing is billed until you actively choose a plan at that point.

Do my tenants need to pay for anything? +

No. One subscription covers you as the landlord — every tenant you invite gets full access to their portal at no cost to them.

How do tenants log in? +

You send each tenant a personal link from their profile. They open it and they're in — no password to set up or forget.

Can two roommates split rent on one unit? +

Yes — add both as occupants on the same unit and set each person's share. You'll see who's paid their part, separately.

What happens after the free trial? +

You'll be asked to pick a plan to continue. Nothing is charged automatically without you choosing one first.

Can I switch plans later? +

Yes, any time from your billing settings — switch between monthly, 6-month, and yearly whenever it makes sense for you.
